Why is my country of interest is not listed?
Currently we have are supporting 12 european countries, but we are working hard to expand our coverage to other geographies. We appreciate your patience. Your geographies of interest will be added soon.
I chose a theme, but my plan ended up having attractions which fall outside my interests. Why is this happening?
Our algorithm is carefully designed to give you an optimal plan taking into consideration your comfort and preferences. In doing so, sometime we might need to add attractions other than of your primary interest, so as to optimize the time you spend in a given destination. We are evolving the algorithm continuously, so things will keep getting better with time
Sometime I don't see photos, or they may not be relevant. Why is this so?
While we may not have photographs for all locations and geographies, we are working hard to fix such gaps where they exist. In some cases you may find that photos may not be representative of an attraction, but be assured that images have been taken in close vicinity of the location in request. Sometimes it is not possible to validate each image for accuracy because of the sheer volume of content.
When I make changes to my plan, why do some cities disappear?
Our algorithm tries to optimize your plan in such a way that you do not miss out must visit attractions. It also tries to allocate a reasonable amount of time for each city in your plan. When you do make city level changes, like add/remove city, change duration, some cities may need to be removed to keep the overall plan reasonable. If you wish to retain one or more cities, please feel free to PIN them before applying your changes and we will try to honor your edits. However, it might be worth noting that in some cases resulting plan may honor all your changes in favour of optimization.
I have made some changes, but they are not reflected in the plan yet. Why is this so?
While we allow you to make multiple changes at one go, they are held locally until you apply them explicitly. Only when the changes are applied, your new plan is generated and changes take effect.
What happens when I "Pin" one or more city/attraction/event?
Use the "Pin" action on one or more cities/attractions/events to retain them in the new plan after you have applied your changes. Items which are not pinned may be removed by Voyazer in favour of optimization.
I switched to flight for inter city transit as I cannot be driving more than certain number hours. However when I applied my changes the transportation mode switch got lost. Why is this so?
When you make city-level changes i.e., add/remove city, change duration of one or more cities, or pin a city, the optimization algorithm may change the order in which you visit the cities. In such a case any inter-city transport mode change may not be of relevance and is discarded. We recommend that you freeze your city plan first before making inter-city transport mode change
I like to travel by public transport but why it is not supported?
Currently we are providing support only for car and flight transportation modes. We are continously expanding our coverage and hope to add public transport as an option soon.
Is total price of my trip precise?
Total price is calculated by adding up transportation and accommodation costs but does not include event tickets. Kindly consider this cost as indicative, specially if you travelling with infants and children. Also, note that the total cost does not include attraction ticketing and local expenses that you may incur.
I have a plan, but I am unable to make changes to it. Why is it so?
If you have finalized your plan, then you may not be able to make city level changes such as add/remove city or change duration. However you can make changes to Car , Hotel, Flight, attractions, and events, even on plans which are finalized. If you would like to make city level changes after finalizing a plan, you would need to create a new plan.
I had saved a plan, but can't locate it in my saved list. Where did it go?
If you have finalized your plan, you will see it in the "Upcoming" section in "Your Trips". If your saved plan has dates in the past, it might be moved to the "Past" section.
Why is my plan showing "Hotel/Car" as not available?
Hotels or cars may have been sold out for the dates and locations in your plan.
Some events are also planned as a part of my plan, but I don't see the prices?
We may not have pricing details of all events. You are free to remove some and add other events into your plan.
My plan shows that an event finished at 9pm, but it went well past 11pm. Why is it so?
While we do out best, we may not have accurate information on when any given event is expected to finish.
I have made a booking with the recommended hotel/car/event/flight from your itinerary, but the booking was not honored. Why is this and what can I do?
We work as affiliates with number of industry partners for hotels, cars, flights, and events. We do not collect payments or make bookings for you on our own, but redirect you to affiliates sites for you to complete the transaction. Please reach out to respective vendor for all transactions, payments, refund, and support queries. Be assured that we are working continually to select vendors which provide you with best experience. However, when that is not the case we would love to hear from you. Use the feedback link in the app to provide us with your feedback.
I am happy with my plan but for some reason I cannot see booking links for accommodation, transportation, and events ?
Please navigate to "My Bookings" section to get a consolidated view of all of your accomodation, transportation, and event booking items. Kindly note that you need to finalize your plan for the booking links to show up under each bookable item.
